Thank you to the ongoing support we have from parents and our extended community who volunteer in various areas within our three South Campuses.

It is a legal requirement that all our volunteers go through the Induction process and complete the Police Vetting form (valid for 3 years).

A volunteer at OSG includes (but not limited to):

• Van driver
• Swimming helper (Yr 3-6)
• Canteen
• Lunch time supervisor
• Parent/community helper on site or with a school trip
• Anyone who comes onto the school grounds in a volunteer capacity

Police Vetting Renewal

Volunteers who completed this process in 2017 will receive an email with details on what is required for renewal.

New Volunteer Inductions

1. View the below Volunteer Health and Safety Video
2. Complete the Volunteer Agreement Form on the link below
3. Complete the New Zealand Police Vetting Form (instructions below)

Please complete template, all three pages require input and scan back to local OA.

Also required is a copy of your driver’s license and passport/birth certificate. In addition, a copy of your marriage certificate please if you have changed your name.
