Hello All,

The highlight of this week was the Dads lunch on Monday – great to see so many Dad’s, Grandads and Uncles come along to the school.

A big thanks to all those who came along – and the Student Leadership Team for making this event happen. The students enjoyed it and the staff always appreciate the chance to meet the fathers of our students and see them involved.

We’d like to encourage more dads/grandads and other interested persons to volunteer to do the occasional van run or driving for an excursion. This mostly falls on the mums but it is a great opportunity for us guys to spend a bit of time with our young people.

And I’m sure they’d appreciate us doing some of the van runs on the frosty mornings!

Also, just a reminder to anyone coming into the school; please remember to always sign in on arrival and sign out when you leave. This is very important for H&S, security - and potentially Covid tracing! The electronic sign-in system asks a bunch of questions the first time you use it but thereafter it will remember you and it will only take a few seconds to sign in.
