Last Friday, the South Year 10s started a practical investigation on apples. We brought three different types of apples to school for people to try, for example: Granny Smith, Ambrosia, and Royal Gala. Our aim was to find out what colour of apples people preferred, what texture, what flavour, and what type. From our testing we found out the majority of people preferred mixed-coloured apples that were juicy and sweet. We also found out that most people preferred ambrosia over any other type of apple.
