My name is Maree Scott. I am the proud mother of 2 children, Brayden aged 19 who works for Fulton Hogan in Christchurch and Jenna aged 17 who will be graduating from SIT next month with her Diploma in Beauty Therapy.  I live in Gore with my partner, Jason and our two furbabies – Chevy the dog and Murph the cat.

Until recently I was working two part time jobs, and when I saw the vacancy for the OA at OneSchool Global Gore Campus, I jumped at the chance to apply for the position. 

When I am not working, one of my passions is walking.  I walk every single morning before breakfast – rain, hail or shine.  This helps me to clear my mind and start the day off on the right foot.  I used to be a travel agent, so travelling is also a passion.  There are so many places in the world that are beckoning me to visit and I cannot wait to be ticking a few more off.

 In my spare time, I work from home as a wellness and weightloss coach.  I have lost a considerable amount of weight this year and have loved the programme that I have done so much, that I have trained and am now helping people throughout Australia and New Zealand achieve their wellness and weightloss goals.  This is very rewarding and is awesome to help people get a lot healthier and happier.

I am really looking forward to the start of the new school year in the brand new Gore campus and working alongside the staff both there and those that are only a phone call/zoom away.  It will be awesome to start to get to know some of the students too.
