Next week, we will be holding our Term 1, 2/3 Way Conferences for all Year 3-13 students, to give parents an opportunity to meet with their child/s’ whanau teachers.  

These conferences will take place on following two dates: 

• Tuesday 7th March | 3:00pm – 6:00pm 
• Wednesday 8th March | 1:15pm – 6:00pm 

Please note that school will close at 12:30pm on the 8th of March to facilitate these interviews as there will be no staff available to supervise the students.  

Parents will have the opportunity for a 15-minute interview with their child’s whanau teacher only. Parents can choose if this is a 2-Way (Parent and Teacher only) or 3-Way (Parent, Teacher, and Student) Conference. 

Conferences can be held via zoom or face to face.

Note: For all students these interviews are with Whanau/Form Teachers and not subject teachers. The interview is intended to discuss goals and aspirations, identify any issues or needs and set the scene for the year ahead.   

If parents have a specific issue they need to talk to subject teachers about and wish to meet with specific subject teachers to discuss that issue these can be arranged separately to the Whanau/Form teacher interviews by liaising with the teacher directly. 

Bookings will close at 3pm on Monday 6th March. If you are unable to make an online booking, please contact your campus Office Administrator, who will be able to make the online booking for you. 

We are aiming for a very high uptake of parents making bookings to meet with teachers. These 2/3 Way Conferences are a great opportunity for the school to work with parents to support student engagement and learning across all year levels.
