Hello to all Students, Teachers, Parents and Community,

Another week over in what has been a great start to the 2023 year!  Week 7 kicked off well with Grandparents Day although unfortunately bad weather led to the Timaru Campus cancelling their Traversing the Land Excursion on Thursday.  Thanks to those that then provided lunch and the afternoon activities as an alternative.  Great to see the day still worked out further south and thank you to all that helped out making the trip memorable for the students, adding to their learning journey. 

As OSG South Campus grows, so do the experiences for all involved including those of us privileged to join the CA team this year!  With a great Student Leadership Team in place, we look forward to working with them and helping uphold the OneSchool Values.  Speaking of values – please remember to treat the school with ‘respect’ using the rubbish bins provided in the various areas.  We have the Regional Management Team visiting next week and it will be nice to show them around a clean and tidy campus.  

Also, later next week there is the Graduation event where we will observe the rewards for hard work and dedication alike.   We trust our 2022 Year 13’s are already putting their 13 years of learning into the workplace!

Lastly as parents, can we back our tireless Student Device Monitor Teams (SDMs) and ensure we log into our child’s devices every week.   This will help keep our students focused on their studies and become high achievers.
