Dear OneSchool Volunteer,

Thank you for the time and effort you put into helping with the education of our students. As a global organisation we are constantly evolving and updating our processes to ensure we remain relevant, up to date and most importantly compliant. We are required to keep a full, current database of all of our volunteers, along with current police vetting records. As part of this we ask you to please action the following;

1. Sign the Volunteer Agreement – Please click on the following link to complete the volunteer agreement (NOTE: we recommend you do this from a computer rather than on your smartphone) OneSchool Global NZ Volunteer Agreement
2. Submit a police vetting form - Please complete the attached PDF Police Vetting form and upload via the following link click here to submit your PV form. (NOTE: some fields have been prepopulated for you)

Alternatively you can send back to your OA along with a copy of your license & passport.

We appreciate that you may have completed these requests previously, however it is a legal requirement for OSG to have these redone at this time.
