From the CA Team
Hello All,
Another week closer to a number of things that are happening at South Campus, and with the OSG Exams starting next week we would like to remind not just the students but the parents as well of the importance of these exams. They not only help to see where there are knowledge gaps, but they are essential for assessment purposes if the Students were to miss the final exams.
Everyone will be looking forward to the Cross Country next week. Big thank you to Mrs Knapp and Mrs Snow plus Eddie for looking over the course and planning the day in view of it being a fun day for all.
Would like to also say thanks to the Transport coordinators for what you do as we realize sometimes it is difficult with the winter weather still hanging to make the decision on what is safe. There may be times that a delayed start may be necessary to ensure the safety of all and we would support the decisions they make.
Looking forward to seeing some goalposts going up at the Gore campus this month.
Also a fresh reminder to all community members about the Community Campus Support Program that is being rolled out, where you can work from inside the Learning Centre and be a positive influence and support school staff as required. Please touch base with your local campus to register your interest. It would be good to see it starting to happen and I am sure you will be welcomed by both the students as well as the staff.
Enjoy your weekend and your Cross Country training!
Kind regards,
Steve on behalf of the CA Team
