'Orders close 4th July. Also now available for those in Dunedin, Gore, and Invercargill along with Ashburton, Timaru and Oamaru'
During Week 10, we will be holding our Term 2 2-way/3-way conferences to give parents an opportunity to meet with their child/s’ teachers.
These conferences will be carried out over two afternoons. They will take place on Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th July from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.
Please note that school will close early (12:30pm) at the beginning of lunchtime to facilitate these interviews as there will be no staff available to supervise the students.
Parents of Junior students (Year 3 - 8) will have the opportunity for a 15-minute interview with their child’s teacher. It is intended that the junior conferences will be 3-way unless otherwise requested by the teacher/parent.
Parents of Senior Students (Year 9 - 13) will have the opportunity for a 15-minute interview with their child’s subject teachers OR form teacher. It is intended that the senior conferences will be 2-way unless otherwise requested by teacher/parent.
All conferences can either be face-to-face or held over zoom. Within your booking confirmation email, there is a calendar invite as an attachment. This calendar has the zoom pin for the conferences. We ask that all parents download this calendar invite, so as not to forget your appointments.
Please go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz and enter event code: nrs9n
Bookings will close at 3pm on Tuesday 6th July.
If you are unable to make an online booking, please contact your campus Office Administrator, who will be able to make the online booking for you.
Thank you.
Good Afternoon All
Please see below the new Uniform Guide that has just come out from OSG. I want to draw everyone’s attention to a few key points please:
- There are some supply issues with the new OSG jackets. We have been advised that these may not be available until later in the year. We fully appreciate that the current light weight jacket is not ideal for our southern winters! If students are cold and need to wear a jacket, then we need to make some exceptions until the new jackets are available. OSG has agreed to show leniency on this and so a plain blue or black jacket is acceptable until the new OSG ones are available.
- Our current house coloured tops may only be worn at Campus events or Regional events, not during PE or lunchtime games.
- The new guidelines require sports shoes to be ‘predominantly white’. Please consider this when purchasing your son/daughter’s new sports shoes. There are examples of shoes in the guideline below. We understand that this will take some time to ‘phase in’ but hopefully by the end of the year we will have all students in ‘white shoes’.
- Please take note of the stipulations regarding length for girl’s dresses/skirts. It is always difficult for staff when they have to have conversations with our girls on this, so it would be great if parents could please ensure their daughter’s dress/skirt meets these guidelines.
Many thanks, as always for your support.

Not just running! Something that needs endurance! Something that needs stamina! Like, long-distance running! Cross-country running!
