Good Afternoon All,
This week we would like to give special acknowledgement to Mike Senior, Scott Taylor, Paul Taylor, and others, who have given up their recent Saturdays to construct a drive-through school van area, new entry/exit ways, and extensive security fencing for the Junior School in Dunedin.
Their work will not go unnoticed and is vitally important for the future protection and care of the younger students attending this school.
A massive thank you on behalf of One School Global!
Thank you too to everyone who joined us for Graduation last Friday, whether in person or by Zoom. This event formally recognised the hard work that last year’s school leavers had put in to successfully complete their schooling, and celebrated some outstanding results across the senior year groups.
At the same time, we must recognise the incredible dedication and skill of our professional staff. The results that our students achieved are a huge credit to you – thank you!
In the coming week, we look forward to seeing students and parents for another excellent day at the Caledonian Ground in Dunedin for Athletics on Tuesday.
Have a great weekend!
Jonathan Moore

Ronald McDonald House Cheque Presentation
On Tuesday 21 March, a representative from Ronald McDonald House visited the Gore Campus. She spoke about Ronald McDonald House and the importance of the service that they provide. The Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Room programmes take care of the practical things in life so families can focus on their child staying in a hospital away from home. This helps to relieve stresses like paying for a place to sleep near the hospital, organising family meals and needing a friendly ear to listen on tough days. It was such an honour for Alfonso Simmons, one of the Student Leadership Team, to present her with a cheque for $7110.28, which was the total of funds raised from all NZ Campuses on the recent Charity Day.
