Good afternoon all,
The term is fast coming to an end, with just one more week until school breaks up for the term.
It was excellent to see everyone who joined us across the three South Campus sites for Mum’s day this week. It is always good to see parents and community members on site and we are very grateful to everyone who made the effort to come.
We have now rolled out the new OneSchool High Performing Team personas. If any parents were unable to attend the Zoom meeting on Monday night they can watch the recording for this.
We are very pleased to invite everyone to join us on campus at Timaru and Gore on the last day of term (next Friday) for the Business Challenge and Market Day. We are especially grateful to the volunteers who are giving up their time to make this a memorable finish to the term.
Finally, end of year exams are approaching fast so this is a good time to remind parents to take a close interest in their student’s study programs and assignments. The effort that they put in now will have a significant impact on their final results.

We have been working extremely hard this term to prepare for Market Day next week.
There has been lots of planning, organising, and collaborating of our ideas as we finalise everything.
We are super excited to share with you, all our products that will be available on the day and we are looking forward to sharing this day as a school and with our community.

Year 12-13 Students from South Campus
Dear OneSchool Volunteer,
Thank you for the time and effort you put into helping with the education of our students. As a global organisation we are constantly evolving and updating our processes to ensure we remain relevant, up to date and most importantly compliant. We are required to keep a full, current database of all of our volunteers, along with current police vetting records. As part of this we ask you to please action the following;
- Sign the Volunteer Agreement – Please click on the following link to complete the volunteer agreement (NOTE: we recommend you do this from a computer rather than on your smartphone) OneSchool Global NZ Volunteer Agreement
- Submit a police vetting form - Please complete the attached PDF Police Vetting form and upload via the following link click here to submit your PV form. (NOTE: some fields have been prepopulated for you)
Alternatively you can send back to your OA along with a copy of your license & passport.
We appreciate that you may have completed these requests previously, however it is a legal requirement for OSG to have these redone at this time.
