From the Year 9-13 Students...
South Year 9 and 10 Technology
Our Year 9/10 Technology students have been undertaking some creative and entertaining projects at home over the past few weeks.
The students were tasked with planning and creating chain reaction videos along with contactless coffee serving devices.
The chain reactions required students to use materials from within their homes to create a sequence of events that resulted from one small force of energy to be begin the reaction. Many used ramps, pulleys, marbles, dominoes, sports equipment and even electrical devices to construct their very complicated and entertaining videos. The standard was extremely high and showed what industrious students they are.
Given the current regulations around purchasing and serving food, the contactless coffee serving devices seemed to be an appropriate task to work on. Students were required to create a device that would allow them to serve a takeaway coffee to a customer who remained 2 metres away.
As you will see from the videos, these students have come up with some complicated and effective technology projects. There are far too many amazing videos to share here, but please take a look at a small selection below.
PE Trick Shots Challenge Update...
